I have been speaking and teaching for almost 20 years and I LOVE IT! I have a passion for teaching women and seeing the simple changes they make have a positive influence on their families. I believe if we continue these changes, we will see much happier families in our society.
I live in the Sacramento area with my husband of 14 years and my young son and daughter. I believe that strong families don't just happen, they are created. Whether your childhood was wonderful or not I can help you to be intentional about the family you create now. It's never too late.
